AMC Cancer Prevention & Control Program at the University of Colorado Cancer Center

The University of Colorado Cancer Center's AMC Cancer Prevention & Control Program is the umbrella for all cancer prevention, cancer control and cancer survivorship programs.
The AMC Cancer Prevention & Control Program is unique in that it is a joint effort of the University of Colorado Cancer Center and the AMC Cancer Research Center, a freestanding nonprofit organization that operates under UCCC. You can read about scientific research in prevention and control in the Research by Program section.

Clinical Care and Research Trials Outreach
Every month, UCCC physicians travel across Colorado to see patients and bring clinical research trials to outlying areas of the state. We currently have partnerships with:
- Denver Health
- Denver VA
- San Juan Cancer Center (Montrose)
- San Luis Valley Memorial Medical Center (Alamosa)
- Shaw Regional Cancer Center (Eagle/Vail)
- Valley View Hospital (Glenwood Springs)
- Memorial Hospital (Colorado Springs)
Our patient care coordinator, Shelly Gregory, is available to help physicians and patients.
