Protocol Review & Monitoring Committee

The University of Colorado Cancer Center Clinical Investigations Core's Protocol Review & Monitoring Committee (PRMC) ensures that all clinical trials conducted at UCCC are:

• scientifically sound
• appropriately designed
• feasible for completion
• compliant with federal clinical trial guidelines
• concordant with UCCC goals, interests and responsibilities

The PRMC also reviews investigator-initiated studies and offers meaningful feedback to PIs about trial design, biostatistical aspects of the study, practical considerations of data management and overall feasibility.
